Recent Project – Division Street, S1

A two-storey mid-terrace café was losing heat through cracked Welsh slates. We stripped the old covering, installed new battens and breather membrane, and relaid reclaimed Penrhyn Heather Blue slate to keep the period look. Lead flashings were replaced with code 5 milled lead, and we finished with a dry-fix ridge system. The job took four days from scaffold setup to final tidy-up.
