Survey & advice. We measure, check rafters, and confirm the best size and opening type.
Fixed quote. Clear price with what’s included. No surprises.
Roof work. Cut opening, fit frame, install flashing and window to VELUX instructions.
Internal finish. Plasterboard reveal, trims, and tidy up. We can arrange full plaster skim if needed.
Sign-off & photos. You see the work, we run through operation and care.

How long does a VELUX install take?

Most replacements are done the same day. A new install with full internal finishing is usually 1–2 days. Larger sizes or multiple windows may run longer.

Do you handle plastering and electrics?

Yes. We board and trim as standard. If you need a skim finish or new electrics for an electric/solar unit, we sort it.
